Amycus felt Marion wrap her hand around his wrist but he just shook it off. “No! I get it! And I thought…” he scoffed. He should have known. Pretty girls didn’t end up with the nerd. They always went for the jerks and then, by the time it was too late, they realized how their hearts had gotten broken. He continued walking, not sure where he was going, but he just wanted to get away. Marion didn’t leave him alone and he was started to get annoyed. So she blew him off and now she just had to stick around to gloat. Why couldn’t she just leave!? Professor Pike stopped and turned around. “You see, that’s the problem with pretty girls! You have every guy after you, but you always seem to choose the jerks. I thought you were different, Marion. You were the only person who ever gave me a chance. You ever consider that? Nobody talked to me at school, but you did. And I loved you for that. You saw past all the pimples and the braces! I…of course! How could I have been so stupid!? It’s always the same thing isn’t it? The second I start having feelings for somebody, whoever is in control of the universe finds someone else for them and I’m alone! Do you know what that’s like?! To be alone!? To have your parents die at age five and then having to spend the rest of your life as a freak? Then, finally, one day you come somewhere where it seems like everything’s going to get better and nothing gets better! Everything is still shit!” He was breathing heavily. Am had never told anyone how he really grew up. Never revealed anything before he came to Hogwarts, and now here he was, yelling it in the halls of Hogwarts, where gossip traveled faster than wildfire.

Where are theyyyyyyy?
*cough* Heyyyy…. *waves awkwardly*
Amycus dropped the flowers he had been carrying. “Where were you? I looked all over for you! Finally I decided to just walk down to Hogsmeade and get you something in case you were feeling ill and wanted some entertainment or somebody to keep you company!” he frowned. “But obviously I was wrong. It seems you could handle yourself just fine!” Amycus surprised himself with how cold he was sounding. Maybe his feelings towards Marion were more than platonic. “Not that it matters now…” he muttered, still staring at the empty fireplace. He usually didn’t get upset or jealous, but right now he was feeling both. He had never felt such strong negative feelings towards anyone. “Next time you have a date, warn me instead of keeping me waiting in your office for two hours then appearing in the middle of the night with some sleazeball I’ve never heard of!” He slammed the chocolates he’s bought her down on her desk, turned on his heal and stalked off, muttering angrily under his breath.

OKAY! So the problem for me is tumblr doesn’t let me add on to other peoples’ posts and it’s really upsetting me, because it’s been keeping me from rping. I don’t even know why it’s doing that but if any of oyu could help me fix this problem that would be brilliant.
Apologies for not being on too much :/
“Oh my god! It’s a mini Hogwarts!” he exclaimed with glee. “This is like, a dream come true!” He grabbed Marion’s hand again, which he somehow had let go of. They both ran into the small Hogwarts and immediately started bouncing around and laughing. “Oh…my…word…Marion! There’s more than just this one! Look!” He pointed at a small window to show Marion his view. There were about three more bouncy castles, each a different shape. One looked like a double decker tourist bus, the kind with no roof. “Marion, this is going to be the best afternoon ever!”

“Oh, right…makes sense! Let’s go!” he grinned as they started running towards the seventh floor corridor through the secret passage Marion had mentioned. “I’m glad you like the bouncy castle idea, it’s a bit childish but still incredibly fun! Especially the ones with more than one floor, or with various rooms, and lots of those squishy pillars that you can bump into and not get hurt at all with! I love those!” He laughed as they reached the corridor, still holding hands, and a small wooden door appeared. “And…in we go!”

“Yay!”
She grabbed his hand, giggling like a schoolgirl and started to drag him away. She tripped and with a little squeal stumbled into him. “I also may have had a glass of wine,” she said, starting to laugh uncontrollably, arms encircling his waist to try and stay upright. “Or three,” she mumbled and that got her really going, as she walked beside him laughing into his side.
“On second thought…why don’t we do something less…risky? Drinking and swimming has death written all over it,” he frowned. “Why don’t we…” he tried to think of a less dangerous but still fun alternative. “…find a giant bouncy castle somewhere, inflate it and jump until we feel like throwing up?”
“We can go whenever you like!” she said, his enthusiasm infecting her, as always. “I didn’t really have a time limit or schedule, I just wanted to get out for a while. And I forget you’ve never been! I can show you around, since I’m from Town!” She was suddenly very excited. She could show him around the shops, Trafalgar Square like he’d said, Hyde Park, maybe even catch the changing of the guard at the palace. They could do literally anything while they were there. “Do you want to walk to Hogsmeade before lunch and apparate to Diagon Alley? That way we could have lunch there.”
“Yes, yes, yes! I like this plan very much!” he answered. “Unbelievable what they’ve done with the place since Harry Potter defeated You-Know-Who! Well, that’s what I’ve been told. And my one Muggleborn friend showed me pictures in seventh year. Remember Luke. Got himself eaten by a dragon, god bless him…” He cleared his throat awkwardly and continued discussing plans with Professor Smith. “How are your classes going? Are as many people failing as last year? I really hope not!”
She looked at him sadly for the briefest moment, but didn’t pursue the issue. She vaguely remembered Luke, but hadn’t been as close to him as Am. She knew he had memories like this in his life, but he never let her in enough to talk about it. He would bury it and she had learned that asking him to talk about it was pointless. He would brush it off with a weak grin and change the subject. It worried her sometimes. “Yeah, they finally figured out that I won’t bite their heads off if they asked for homework help,” she said, glad of the change in topic. “No fails so far,” she grinned. It had been one of her greatest fears as a teacher. She’d come in with the most massive inferiority complex - afraid she’d be a terrible teacher, afraid her students would learn nothing. She loved teaching and she loved her students, which was why she was sometimes so harsh on them when they didn’t try their best. She couldn’t stand to see them not reach their full potential.
“That’s marvelous! Students not failing is always good. Very good actually! I mean, if they fail, how are they supposed to get jobs to support themselves or maybe even a family in the future?” Amycus sighed. “These students, all they care about is what everyone’s going to think about them right now. Well, some of them. You know what I really don’t like?” he asked, taking a sip of pumpkin juice. “When students skip class. I mean, you’re only damaging yourself. It’s not like I’m going to miss someone in class or anything. Am I making any sense?” he laughed, realizing he was rambling again.
